| Marlboro Pest Control offers full pest
control services to residential,
condo and rental, and commercial properties. We also
offer a full range of termite
control methods to all types of properties. As
licensed builders, we can be trusted to understand the
structural impact of pest infestations and to provide carpentry to repair damage
caused.
Our service is currently concentrated in the Boston
Metrowest Area and west to communities between Interstate
495 and Worcester. We are expanding our service area, so
please contact us if you are
interested in our services. Because of the time-intensive
nature of bat and squirrel control, our service area is
more limited for those pests. |

Residential: For
residences, we offer a number of cost-effective pest
control plans to suit many situations. Our full-service
annual plan is a fixed-price service that includes most
insects and whatever visits are needed for control. Our
single-pest plans are appropriate for people who have a
single pest (e.g., carpenter ants or mice). We also offer
general inspections (no treatment) to assess your
situation, and inspections suitable for buying or selling

Condo/Rental: Our service
for condominiums and rental property is similar to that
for single-family structures, but we offer additional
services for common areas such as laundry rooms, hallways,
pool areas, garages, and fences. We offer cost-effective
contracts for regular inspections of the property and
treatment when necessary. We can include individual condo
units or apartments in our contract, or we can be on-call

Commercial: We provide
service for many kinds of nonresidential structures such
as office buildings, warehouses, farm buildings,
restaurants, and houses of worship. Usually, we provide
regularly scheduled inspection services with treatment as
necessary. We provide tear-down inspections for

Termite Services: We
offer a wide variety of termite prevention and control
services for residential and commercial structures. The
services include a variety of plans using installed
monitoring stations, and warranteed chemical treatments
for existing structures and also for pre-construction
